I have issues with the vehicle within the first 24 hours

I have issues with the vehicle within the first 24 hours of receiving it. The list price was about $26k and the dealership force additional packages on the car not advertised and the price turned into 31k. Within 24 hours of having the car it had to be towed back to the dealership because of electrical issues. In less than 18 months of having the car, it has required multiple batteries, fuel pumps, and other work totaling over 10k worth of work. Over 4k of which I disputed and was found out that was a false report and the original tech that looked at my car no longer works there. Amassing over 120 days at least under maintenance and another 75 days left out of commission and unable to drive because I live an hour away from the dealership and couldn't get it in to be serviced when necessary. All while I am paying monthly for insurance and an auto loan for a car I can't drive. Due to this I lost a job last year because I couldn't make it in, it put a strain on my family of 5 being brought down to one vehicle, and wear and tear on my wife's vehicle because that has to be the only car right now. When I received the car I was told it had a clear maintenance record and no issues, only to later find out "it is a ticking time bomb" - BART MACA, SERVICE MANAGER. The car is still at the dealership. It was "fixed" in June, didn't make it down the road before it broke down completely again and they quoted me another $4600 for repairs. Some of those repairs were said to have already been fixed.

Bought a 2022 TRX with less than 11, 000 miles on it last

Bought a 2022 TRX with less than 11, 000 miles on it last fall and was sold an extended warranty to cover the the vehicle after the regular warranty expired in about a year from the time of purchase. At the time of purchase the 2nd key didn't work, they tried replacing the battery, still didn't work. Stopped at a dealer in Iowa on the way home, they accused me of stealing the vehicle because I didn't have a 2nd key that worked and they refused to touch it saying that it had a P1300 code and it was ineligible for the remainder of the factory warranty as well as the purchased extended warranty. Needless to say I was mortified especially considering the high cost of this vehicle. I was assured by Marty that they would take care of everything. They didn't, they were unable to get the warranty reinstated, they provided a laughable allowance for this, and I had to call and email multiple times and get my bank involved to get the extended warranty reimbursed to the loan. They did offer to buy the vehicle back, but I was uncomfortable with this as I had no way to be assured that they would pay the loan off as they would not do that at the same time they picked the vehicle up and with the multiple times they said they would send the bank the money for the warranty reimbursement and didn't, I was afraid of holding the bag on the bank note with no truck to show for it. The final straw of me writing this review is that they have STILL after 10 months have not paid for a second key for the vehicle. I have offered to have them send the dealer the money, get it themselves and send it to me, whatever was easiest for them, but they just never return my calls or emails or say they will and don't. I highly recommend thinking twice before doing business with this unethical and unreputable car dealer.
