Sales or Lack Thereof
I met the GM Greg Jackson, who told me some information about the Alfa Romeo Stelvio, and mentioned there were a lot of dealer incentives. Said to stop by anytime for a test drive as this car is always waiting upstairs to test drive. Last Thursday I called on my way over and said I would be stopping by for a test drive - Sergio Ambrosino - salesman, took a good 20-30 minutes after I arrived to get an available Stelvio to test drive. So I test drive, and he also inspects my Mercedes, although I don't need as a trade in, just a value. He says he is working all weekend and will call me. OK. Now Tuesday and no call back. No nothing from anyone at the dealership. How does this happen???? Their lack of professionalism and follow-through is why there are not more sales at this dealership!
