The dealership doesn't think it's a big deal having a car
The dealership doesn't think it's a big deal having a car in the shop over and over when it only has 12,000 on it of which I drove 2700. The car was gone once for a month and other times a week to a week and a half.

The Luxury Collection at Walnut Creek was both personable and professional. I am handicapped and they went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable.

I didn’t deal with a Jessica Benoit.
I didn’t deal with a Jessica Benoit. But the people that I did deal with Lemar Arghandiwal and Nima Massoudian in Sales and Nick Kalustian, Roger McBride and Alex Taber in Service, and David Lin in Finance were their usual exemplary selves. Excellent communicators, talented individuals and extremely professional. I have now bought 3 cars from this dealership and consigned a 4th. The reason I keep going back is because of the people and the service I get. Top to bottom, everyone I have dealt with over the years have fit this mold.
