I never felt that I was an important customer at this
I never felt that I was an important customer at this dealership. Communication was subpar from the beginning. I dealt with 3 different people and that in itself was confusing. It seemed I was passed around without any explanation as to why. I can appreciate that there are different people doing different things, but it would be nice to have dealt with one person only. My Alfa Romeo Stelvio had a warranty repair, and Alfa America had stated that they would pay for it. The dealership then proceeded with tacking on a “Participation fee“ Of more than $600! When I called Alfa America, they could not understand why the dealership would do this. After talking to the dealership again, they claimed it was a mistake and retracted the fee. It felt dubious at best. I cannot prove that it wasn’t a misunderstanding, but It felt fishy to me. Chris, who checked me in had trouble answering detailed questions. After a frustrating conversation with him, I specifically asked to not deal with him anymore. Woody had the answers that I needed and was nice enough to give me $150 discount on the labor cost. However, they would never give me the labor cost per hour. I asked repeatedly for them to tell me how much they charge per hour, but they were not able to do so. They claimed their computer system was set up that way. The repair itself was done in a satisfactory manner in the end, but it took over a month. I would not recommend them.

First experience with Alfa service was very positive!
First experience with Alfa service was very positive! Though they couldn’t figure out what was causing a noise concern I had they tried and attempted for some time to diagnose. Very helpful and immediate effort.
