Excellent getting the work done promptly.
Excellent getting the work done promptly. Dealer fixed issue. Deduction of one star for sloppy routing/zip tying of some harnesses upon reassembly. (I used to do some aircraft electrical work so I am picky.)

From concierge scheduling (Antwan) to valet driver
From concierge scheduling (Antwan) to valet driver (Larry) I was kept updated. The service tech, sorry forgot his name, was very professional and polite. Vehicle was returned clean and well taken care of. I even received notice when the loaner was returned. Great job Uptown!
