First time buying a Lincoln and last. Customer service is the worstI I have ever experienced and car is a lemon 2020 Lincoln Aviator has been in the service dept. 4 times and 21 of the 60 days i have owned it. They are terrible at communicating and they returned it still broken one time.. I called Lincoln abs my ?advocate? was just as bad at communicating info to me. 16 days to repair a directional. Defective windshield wipers. Missing pin in back door. Sunroof leaks. Memory seats don?t work. The car had a recall on it when they sold it to me. I would never recommend a Lincoln or Hall to anyone .

They left 5 of the 6 lug nuts off one wheel. This is the second bad experience with the service. Last time they back my truck into a yellow pole. Not sure what is going on but I think that I?ll take a break from them and try someone else for a while.

I just purchased a 2016 Ford Focus ST from this location and man was I blown away by the staff there. Not only were they extremely helpful and informative but they were also not your average car salesmen. I worked directly with Lee and Joel and they both were possible the most helpful people I could have asked for while buying a car but were also very knowledgeable about both the cars they had as well as working with my budget. Now for all military members looking for a good place to purchase a car I would absolutely tell them to go here because they truly do respect and work with us.
