My Kia became unrepairable recently. I had to try to get a rental car so l could find a new vehicle. I had spoke on the phone with Mayela Mier and she sent me pictures with complete records of cars l was considering. I thought that was extremely helpful to keep me informed anout them until l could get in. This transpired over a weekend and the beginning of the next week. I had started calling rental car places which were no help at all. As l hung up with Enterprise, Mayela called and said l'm coming to pick you up. I live a very long way away from the showroom which was another concern. But her doing that really stopped all my worries. We stopped on the way back so we could get a bit of breakfast, the car handeled beautifully and l was very happy with it. I was not prepared to buy a car at this time, but Steve Shelby in finance made it work out to a point l was happy with. They have a beautiful showroom, and are very accommodating.

Casper and Brandon were excellent and professional. They took good care of us and made sure the vehicle and paperwork was ready for us.

I purchased a new car a few weeks ago with Casper Kasperski. I highly recommend working with him. I live in Houston and was having some issues that the Houston Lincoln dealership could not address. Casper arranged for my car to be picked and brought to San Antonio, and everything was fixed in a timely manner and my car was delivered back to me. This the type service everyone deserves.
