The four starts are more for James in sales since we did
The four starts are more for James in sales since we did not end up purchasing a vehicle there. I will say that the wait was too long - no amount of free drinks and snacks can fix that, but James was professional yet friendly, and he was knowledgeable and took the time to show us many of the features on the pre-owned vehicle that we test drove. He also kept in touch with us over the next few days and let us know of other vehicles were available. Unfortunately they did not have what we were looking for in the time frame we had, and the finance people didn't seem to care if the sale was made, so we purchased elsewhere. We would still recommend James in Sales, but I'm not so sure about the rest.

TOTAL waste of my time!
TOTAL waste of my time! I was contacted by James P. because we were looking at a vehicle online. I decided to spend the ONLY day I had off driving an hour to test drive the vehicle. I advised James that I was on a time limit because I wanted to see another vehicle in the metroplex about 20 mins away and that I was on limited time. We test drove the vehicle and I was told it would take 5 mins for them to value my trade in. It did not. We met his mgr. Valerian who spent some time speaking with us about why we were at the right dealership and that the other dealership wasn't a Lincoln and that we were definitely in the right place. He went on to explain how he values my time and understands I had one day off. We eventually ran out of time waiting on Planet Lincoln to value my trade and missed our other appt. so we gave up and decided to stay and look at numbers on the vehicle. We left with no deal and I was told by Valerian that "if we have to, we'll hold the vehicle if we need to until Friday". This was a Saturday and on the following Monday (while at work) the calls and texts started coming in from James wanting answers for the vehicle. At this point, despite me asking several times, they were not being transparent with my terms and the interest rate. After 20 plus messages and 7 phone call (while in the middle of my work day) I was told by James at 3:58 pm "Do apologize, but the vehicle just sold" So I was told a bold face lie, there was no transparency, and this is the epitome of bad business. Not only was my time wasted, but also a unnecessary hit to my credit. Had they been honest and upfront and mentioned someone else was looking at the vehicle, I would have not given my time and efforts to staying in communication (while working a 12 hr. day) into making this deal work. As the "biggest Lincoln dealership in the country" per Valerian, I would have expected a more decent, respectful deal, but I got the opposite. I had to end up buying a Lincoln from a NON Lincoln dealership because my time was valued, they were transparent, and there was no back and forth.

Robert Martin the so called sales manager is absolutely
Robert Martin the so called sales manager is absolutely piece of work. He came out and said there was really negotiation what so ever on the vehicle. He refused to show me in Reynolds of the price of the car. He didn’t explain or go over any buy rate that he has scene. He straight up told me he was 250 back of invoice and that he wasn’t trying to share anything or be transparent. I was supposed to receive a call back from Baxter and never received that phone call either. Here is the thing. You can pull the sheets over people who do not understand the automotive industry, but not me. All I asked for was transparency and never received it. If I still can’t believe Robert Martin has been in the industry 35 years and is still a sales manager. Sounds like to me you need to find a new profession, since he stated to me he has made so much money in the car business. Who talks to customers like that. Plus the whole demeanor of him is just super sketchy, I highly recommend staying away from this dealership. I’m sure Randall Reed is very proud to have someone like this representing him at his dealership, not!
