We purchased a 2005 Ford Thunderbird from Ranker Motor. The Ranker brothers were bot courteous and professional. They explained the features of the car, and we took we took the car for a test drive. They held the car for us for a day and got everything ready for delivery. Enjoyable conversation and transaction. Good folks to deal with

poor customer service
The people who work have a total lack of professional etiquette. They kicked me off their lot because I drove "too fast" and "accelerated too hard", (I drove the posted speed limit). They were rude and obnoxious. I even apologized and asked their sale price on the car I did drive. Their reply was "We are finished here, we don't want your kind here". I guess he means he doesn't like veterans that served our country. I had cash in hand and was ready to buy, but I will never do business with them. I will spend my money elsewhere.
