Inept title department and management

This is the most idiotic dealership I've ever dealt with. We bought a new truck on 10/28/2020. The finance department lost/misplaced the paperwork to get the truck registered and plated. Instead of owning up to their mistake they wait until we call for our plates in the beginning of December. Weeks go by and we still hear nothing. We end up getting an affidavit in the mail extending our temporary tag. We call the dealership to find out what's going on. We get the run-around. Turns out they didn't even send the paperwork out for registration or title work until 12/28/2020, more than 2 months after the purchase of the truck. I still can't get anyone to return my call. I've left messages for Diane and Joe in finance and left numerous messages for the General Manager and still no calls. I contacted corporate and they said the General manager will contact me by phone. Guess what, no call. On top of that someone made a fraudulent temporary tag (possibly at the dealership) and is charging up our EZ pass account. Trying to deal with EZ pass because of Fred Beans error has been a nightmare. Spend your money at a competent dealership.

We purchased a Ford Certified car online from Fred Beans Ford Lincoln in Doylestown, PA. It was a chance buying this car online and going up to test drive and accept delivery. Steve Shusterman and Patrick Sweeny kept the lines of communication open and were ready for our arrival. We arrived after a 6-7 hour stressful drive and the car was spit polished with the most beautiful bow on the hood. They treated us like VIPs and we were buying a used car! The Fred Beans staff, support, and salesmen worked together as a team of professionals to make sure everything was perfect to accept delivery of our used 2014 Ford Expedition EL King Ranch. They escorted me to return the rental car and gave me a ride back to the dealership. The owner of the company Fred Beans, also went out of his way to greet us and make sure everything went just right and it was. Even the coffee was great. Wish I would have taken a picture of the car with the bow! It was an over the top wonderful experience. Thank you to everyone who had a part in this, a very special moment for me and my husband.
