Great selection of used vehicles
I have not purchased a vehicle yet, but will be in the future once my finances are in a better place where I can put down a large down payment on my next vehicle. Heritage Lincoln has a huge selection for new and used vehicles, I was very impressed.

I Have had contact or assistance from many of the service...
I Have had contact or assistance from many of the service employees at Heritage Lincoln Mercury in Syracuse - which those interactions were not in any way anything to discredit the dealership for however I have been in the business over 15 years and while I am registered NYS Dealer I do not have a service facility. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jill Cavelli while the service writer happened to be out for lunch and was blown away with her dedication, professionalism, knowledge and eagerness to help fix a minor problem - one which she did not create she simply caught the error. Extremely helpful and where I would say I would most certainly want her as a member of my team, I was even more beyond shocked to find out when asking her what her title was to find out she was the dealerships Operations Manager .... and when the phone rings shes helping by answering service department calls! I can only imagine how long the list of her other responsibilities are. So far she has gone above and beyond to ensure that a customer, whom she had never dealt with prior to answering the call, gets the most exceptional and top of the line customer service. As I am sure your aware she is a valuable asset to your organization. Thank you Heritage and Thank You So Much Jill!

Michael Spinelli of Heratage is a scammer
The used my credit card illegally. Heritage does not honor the Lincoln warranty and benefits. They say one thing and do another. The worst experience you can have in purchasing a car, SUV or service

Hi David! We have received some bad reviews in the past; sometimes customers are unhappy with our decisions or policies, it is unfortunate, but it happens. That being said I do not ever recall receiving a review filled with so many outright lies. It would appear my email dated 06/19/20 asking you not to return to Heritage was the correct decision. My employees certainly should not be exposed to someone as deceitful as yourself on a regular basis. Just to set the record straight for anyone else reading this I will address your misrepresentations one at a time. Illegal Use of your credit card: David took one of our loaner vehicles to New York City, where he was caught on camera speeding through a school zone. When we received the violation notice and fine, we attempted to contact David via phone and e-mail. David did not want to pay the fine, he wanted us to add it to his next bill. This was not an option, so in accordance with the terms of the loaner vehicle agreement he signed we charged it to the credit card he gave us when he took the loaner vehicle. Heritage Does not honor warranty benefits: This is an outrageous assertion if it were the case we would not be in business. We get paid by Lincoln and Ford for all warranty repairs we perform. Why would turn away revenue? David's issue here is that we do not have loaner vehicles and service appointments available the moment he needs one. Lincoln Motor Company and I have both tried to explain to David on several occasions that Loaners vehicles and the Pickup & Delivery Service are available to him based on appointment not on his whims. Say one thing and do another / Worst experience purchasing a vehicle: I am not entirely sure what he means by this, David did not purchase his vehicle from us. Rating is a scam: I don't know what this means or how we could scam a rating. Anyone still reading this please know that we always strive to take excellent care of our customers. While we may not always see things the same way, and we may not be able to make everyone happy all the time we always do our best.
