After dropping the car off for service, I received
After dropping the car off for service, I received absolutely no communication from the Smithtown Ford service staff. I had to call a number if times until I finally received a call back with a vague explanation. Finally, over a week later, I picked up my car and had the technician show me the work. I noticed the oil dipstick was broken. The technician immediately stated that "That's how it was when it came in." I know for a fact that it was not. They replaced the forward catalytic converter right below the dip stick (coincidence?). I returned on Monday to pick it up a replacement dipstick NOT OEM Lincoln. Very unhappy!!!
