The “new” Hot Car 2023 Nautilus reserve they advertise here doesn’t actually exist. Buyer beware, bait and switch tactics. Call for a certain car then they try and sell you something else. The salesman said they have a technical problem and they can’t seem to get it off the internet LOL. Stay away

Good afternoon Phil. The vehicle that you called on is the office manager's demo vehicle. Our sales associate did explain to you on the phone that because it is in active inventory it is still listed as available, however it is his demo. There is no bait and switch going on here, and if you'd like to check out the rest of our reviews, I assure you that you will never hear of us doing that. The sales associate was doing his job properly by then going on to offer other available vehicles to you, after letting you know of that vehicle's status to see if any of those vehicles may work for you. We actually have tried to remove the vehicle from listings, however the manufacturer still pushes the vehicle to the website as it has never been reported sold, nor titled.

By any measure, State Motors is in a class by itself; truly exceptional. Everyone we met was genuinely welcoming and friendly, and the entire management was clearly committed to ensuring we were satisfied with our 2025 Aviator in every way. No high pressure sales practices and no efforts to sell you any "extras." The facilities are excellent. Our salesman was a subject matter expert (unusual in our experience), and management demonstrated a passion for their product and customer care. If you are in the market for a premium luxury brand, you owe it to yourself to look at Lincoln and, in particular, at State Motors.
