The communication was none.
The communication was none. I had to call to find out if my car was done after nearly two weeks of it being at the dealership when it was initially stated to be a 2 full day repair. The CRC contact is the only person at Lincoln that called through the process and he was shocked at the lack of anything from the service advisor. The actual service people are awesome and do great work which is why I will continue to come to the dealership.
