I recently bought a used 2018 F-150 ~27.5k miles from this Butch Oustalet Ford in Gulfport, MS. Pros: 1. The facilities are nice. 2. The salesman was not uncomfortably pushy. Cons: 1. Dealership refused USAA, who I had financing pre-approval with. They claim they've had trouble getting money from USAA in the past which I find hard to believe. 2. Immediately after purchasing the truck I emailed a request for them to send me the window sticker for my records (I had received only a paper copy during the purchase). Never heard back from them. 3. It took way too long to get the paperwork to my DMV so I could register the truck. They did have to send the paperwork to the Alabama DMV (they're located about 30 minutes from the state line) but I could have walked it to my DMV faster than the dealership got the paperwork to them. 4. In a little over 3 weeks of owning the truck (~1 of which I didn't even drive it since I was out of town), I have experienced numerous problems and now will have to leave my truck (my only mode of transportation) at the shop for service/troubleshooting/repair for an undetermined amount of time during a supply and labor shortage (summer 2022). Problems I've encountered: 4a. On two occasions after recent rains I have observed interior water leaks through dash below the outer a/c vents as well as through the front passenger grab handle. Some of this water has run down (and presumably into) electronics on the dash, and has puddled on the floorboards (fortunately I did install floor liners which captured most of the water on the floorboard). CarFax shows that this dealership acquired this truck about 8 months before I purchased it and I refuse to believe that no leaks occurred and that nobody noticed them while the truck was in their possession. (Supposedly the dealership does a detailed inspection of all used vehicles prior to putting them on the lot and I expect it would have been noticed during any test drives as well.) 4b. The windshield washer sprayer does not work. The wipers work...there's fluid in the reservoir...but nothing happens when I push the button to spray fluid onto the windshield. Seems like something that would be caught in their detailed vehicle inspection. 4c. Maybe a little nit-picky but why wouldn't they update Sync to the most current version during the 8 months they had it in their possession? It's easy enough to update myself, fortunately. 4d. The check engine light came on after only a few weeks of owning the truck and it doesn't even have 30k miles on it. I am dropping the truck off at my local dealership (not this one) tomorrow - no telling how long it will take to get it back.

Brought my 2017 Fusion for some warranty work. Was told it would take a couple of days. The next I received a call that my car was ready to be picked up. Repair made was as good as new. Thank you Butch Ford for your exceptional service.
