Just purchased an SUV and that was 2 weeks ago, they are not good on communication at all. We have had to check every step of the buying process to see where we were. I have been treated better than this. Would not advise buying a new or used vehicle here.

I had a poor experience at Lincoln of Bloomington while considering a Porsche Panamera 4S. The dealership claimed the car had $10,000 worth of premium packages, which turned out to be false upon inspection. While they made a minimal price adjustment after I pointed it out, it was not reflective of the actual value, and they seemed unwilling to sell the car to me. What stood out most was their response—they admitted they’d rather wait for an uninformed buyer to sell the car at an inflated price. This approach feels dishonest and unfair. Buyers, double-check the details before purchasing.
