First Ford...last Ford!

Because Ford did not notify me of a Technical Service Bulletin regarding my 2019 Escape, and coolant invaded the engine, Moore Service assessed and determined I need a NEW ENGINE in this 2019! Okay, moving on, Service Mgr, Chloe states this will take them over a month to get to, cannot be driven, and Moore Motors will not provide you a loaner until we start on the repair, whenever your car is in line for repair. Okay Chloe, can you help me contact Ford Motor Company and secure a rental car? No, you must call Ford Customer Care Service, who send me back to the Moore Service Dept...and the sage continues. I have left messages for CEO, Brad Moore for two days, just to ask for advice and clarification on guessed it, no calls back from the dealership. I've had this vehicle for 6 months, my first Ford since college, 40 yrs ago, and I'll be going back to the reliability of Honda in the future. Beware of this TSB #21-2020, if you have an Escape, and avoid Moore Motor for Service. SO frustrating and disappointing. I wanted to give local dealerships my business, instead of buying an Import this time, now I know better.

2015 Chevrolet Tahoe

Called Dave on a used 2015 Tahoe for $28,999 to see if still available and he answered yes. I told him that I was at least 2.5hrs away and was interested by that I was very picky and would like to know if he needed anything or if there was anything wrong with it before I make a 5 hour road trip! He replied no, it did not need anything and he was going to have the detail guys make sure it was all cleaned up before I got there. Upon arriving I found it needed tires, had visible rust from front fenders to front doors, running board was broke, front bumper broke, many broken interior pieces, and interior clearly had not been detailed. Wish salesman could have been upfront and honest over the phone before I wasted my time. All the things wrong were clearly visible!!!
