I was greeted quickly upon arriving both when dropping off my car and when I came to pickup and check out. However, after standing and waiting for 40 minutes in the lobby, realizing that everyone else that was waiting and had arrived after I had received their cars, I went to the desk to ask why it was taking so long for my car to be brought in. I discovered that they had lost my key and it hadn’t been communicated that I was there to pick up my car. But my invoice was paid. The staff was very apologetic and quick after that, but only once I said something. Please be attentive to your customers not only before they pay but afterwards as well. I would not return here if I had a choice. This has been my 2nd experience where this dealership has wasted my time. Once for sales, and this time for service. Do better.

Tanner, as always, made me a priority whenever I would call on him. I was stranded with a battery dysfunction, so after contacting AAA, Tanner arranged for me to come in the following day to get serviced.

I had bought a few cars there I recommend this dealer to my family and friends Jason, Roxana and Nelly at the sales department are the best. Miguel and Steve in service great service they work with my schedule and communication through the day of the appointment is excellent Thank you for your service
