I bought a used ford escape from these guys. They said it had been all inspected and would be a great daily driver for me. 4 days later the transmission went out and I had it towed to Stivers they said they would fix it for $3000, all my cost. When I asked about the inspection and all they said Too Bad and There is no waranty on used cars. I don't have the money to fix it and still have to pay for the piece of junk they sold me.

CHRISTMAS NIGHTMARE
ON 11-15 I ordered a 2020 Gt500 from Kevin Kisting ,with in 24 hours we sent Stivers Ford a deposit as requested.Kevin contacted me weekly with updates,on 12-23 Kevin called ,He said the car was in but there was a problem,I was told that Kevin and Todd Holland both sold the same car to two different customers.I was told the other customer had there deposit first and they would get the car.Todd rudely told me there was nothing he could do about that car .We reached out to Scott Politte (Owner of Stivers) and we’re told he could not be reached.So over Christmas Day I went in search of another white GT500 ,to my surprise I found that same car with the same Vin for sale at Deyarman Ford listed for 6500.00 more and available .
Due to the greed and lack of human compassion they showed it was a Christmas nightmare.Ford Motor Company should be embarrassed to have Stivers Ford Lincoln represent the FORD brand.

I wasnt even at the right dealership but the salesman offered to show me what they had no pressure so he did. Jordan was personable and knowledgeable about the f150. Let me take it out for a drive, asked him for his best price and negotiated trade ins and I was the owner of a brand new truck. Very easy process and very low stress. Great experience. Thank you Jordan!
