My experience working with Jake Scent was 100& positive. He explained and demonstrated the features of my new Edge very well, and guided us through the purchasing process. He took extra time to communicate by phone and email after I purchased my car, to insure all was going well. This was a very good buying experience. Will be using Jack for,our next purchase.

The whole staff was professional and caring at handling our purchase. Especially Jake whom we worked with the most. He made us feel very comfortable and not pressured. He answered all our questions and let us know that he is still available if we need more information

My husband and I stopped to look at a used car that caught my attention. While we were looking PJ came out, introduced himself and asked what kind of vehicle we were looking for. I explained I wanted a vehicle that I could use when I went on my winter adventures. He politely suggested we go see what they had available. In talking we had mentioned a Ford Bronco, he brought up a list with 5 new broncos that were coming in, 2 were spoken for, however there was a Black Basic Bronco that was coming in, perfect for what I wanted, still available. The only issue is that I was leaving the next day for 21 days. After discussing what to do, PJ left my husband and i to discuss in private, I put down a deposit to hold the vehicle. When the vehicle came in PJ let my husband know, He and a friend did a test drive and really like the Bronco. The day after i got back I bought a brand New Bronco. PJ was willing to work around my vacation. I Bronco is great and exactly what i wanted. I must thank Brian Vande Lune for being able to step in when PJ was not available to sign papers due to a sick child. I would recommend Ulrichs to anyone.
