From the initial phone call to driving off the lot with my Ford Escape, it was one wonderful contact after another. I am as picky a customer as you get when it comes to the used car buying game. I am 70 miles from this dealer so we did most of the leg work by phone. When we did arrive at the dealership, everything that we agreed upon happened as it should. Very friendly small town feel with big city results. Loved the experience, thanks everyone!

They did a good job of finding us a vehicle that fit our needs and then found great financing.
Delivery of our Edge was very easy, the paperwork was ready to go and there was no pressure to buy a bunch of extras.
