I returned for service today and was pleased to see him again. He continues to demonstrate exceptional customer service and deep knowledge of his work. Troy was absolutely fantastic to work with. He listened and answered all of our questions, in fact he gave answers to questions we hadn’t even thought to ask…info we needed to make a decision on wether or not we would purchase a vehicle. The entire process if trading in my F-150 and purchasing a 2023 Ford Explorer was much easier than we anticipated. Less hassle, less paperwork, and actually a pleasant way to spend a bunch of money. We would definitely recommend Zeigler Ford and Troy Kennedy to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.
