I had the mobile service done in September of 2025, so
I had the mobile service done in September of 2025, so they came to the house. Part of the 2 year/24k dealership maintenance plan I have is tire rotation. The Navigator has just under 19k miles now and it’s about 21 months old, so it’s covered. Upon arrival, I confirmed with the technician that he would be doing an oil change and tire rotation. He confirmed clearly that he would, in addition to a visual inspection of the brake line for a recall. About 40 minutes later he rang the front door and said he’s done. Great, I thought. But it seemed fast, so I asked him if he did the oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. He confirmed YES he did. His paperwork also confirmed that this was all done, so I was happy. I had a nagging feeling that it was too fast to have done the tire rotation and all while it’s mobile. I also noticed that the one wheel has a smudge on it was in the same place (rear driver side), so I watched the video on our camera system. Spoiler alert: there was no tire rotation done. Insane that it was lied about. Why not just say “didn’t need it” (though it did), “couldn’t when mobile”, simply “no”, or any other version of the truth? This shadiness is why dealership service centers get a bad rep. Most people (self included) just wouldn’t question it… so it probably saves them tons of time and they still mark that it’s done in case Lincoln ever checks the maintenance record. This is lying/fraud, and I don’t want to deal with this dealership anymore for service. When I spend six figures on a car and keep working with the original dealer (and I pass at least two other Lincoln dealerships on the way to) to keep the relationship intact, I expect them to be truthful and work with integrity. For the dealership: in case there is any doubt, I have two different angles of high resolution continuous video saved of the entire service, and I have the Ring doorbell with audio captured as well. This was simply fraud. I’ve only had service done once since buying this in December 2023, due to relatively low miles on this vehicle. I hope they did the tire rotation when I brought it in and stayed four hours for the maintenance and faulty thigh extender replacement (which I waited several months for the part to come in). Even if for some reason they didn’t think a second tire rotation was needed at nearly 20k miles, the tech should have just told me it wasn’t going to done.

You know that feeling that you get when you are applying for credit, like your a bad risk, or you did something bad. I was at ease with the sales person and the loan officer. never bought a car this easy or relaxed. Thank you

Purchased a 2018 jeep 7/27.
Purchased a 2018 jeep 7/27. It was a higher mileage car but its assumed when purchasing from a supposed luxury dealership you are getting a quality car. Boy was i wrong! Single worst car buying experience of my life! I got a 3mo/3000 mile warranty when i bought the car. Low and behold 5 weeks after the 3 months yet still under 3000 miles I HAD TO HAVE AN ENTIRE ENGINE REPLACEMENT! I did decline an extended warranty. And because i was past the time on their dealer offered warranty they basically didn't want to do much to rectify the situation. I dealt with the owners son initially who insisted my local mechanic was wrong and there was no way i needed an engine replacement. It was escalated to jake the gm and he reluctantly agreed to have it diagnosed by their team at no cost. It was determined my mechanic was right. They stated they'd work with me on labor and repairs however when its all said and done after 5 WEEKS and 6300 later i have had the car back less than 24hrs and im already having serious issues! It was driven back less than half hr after pickup because its making noises it didnt before. The washer sprayers in the hood were both cracked and leaking all over the engine. And it smells of coolant. They looked it over and assured me its ok. O drove it tonight and engine is not performing as it should. Auto start/stop is no longer working and when in sport mode the engine is sticking in a higher gear!! Left a message with service this afternoon and received no response. Which is their m.o. during the 5 week repair i had to check in multiple times on the status of repair. Not once did the service team call me to update me. VERY POOR EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND! SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND HEADACHE! SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!
