This is now the third time the oil drain plug was
This is now the third time the oil drain plug was re-installed incorrectly on a vehicle. Decided to do business there only out of convenience but never again. Not only do I now have oil spots all over my driveway, but I also had to pay $100 for another oil change because it was already so low.

I keep going back to Westown Ford to purchase a vehicle because I don't feel pressured to settle on a vehicle that I am not comfortable buying. All salesman are polite and address any concerns and help find what I have in mind,but give me comparable or better options. The service department is the best. I haven't met a rude or judgemental employee and don't think I will.
