Absolutely the Worst Service Experience Ever – Stay Far Away from Gary Yeomans Ford! A couple of months ago, I started noticing a musty, moldy smell coming from the A/C in my F-150, so I took it to Gary Yeomans Ford in Ocala. I spoke directly with the service manager, who assured me he’d “drill down to the problem.” Ten days later - not a single update - I go to pick up my truck, and all they had done was spray deodorizer into the vents. The smell was still there. Their solution? “Drive it for a month and see if it gets better.” It didn’t — it got worse. I called again, and they picked the truck back up on October 24th. Same story - zero communication. I had no idea what was happening. Today, when I finally called for an update, I recorded the call because it was so unbelievable: the service adviser told me “there was no smell” and then admitted they hadn’t even tried starting it since it arrived. (Of course there was no smell — the odor happens on startup!) An hour later she calls again and repeats, “No smell.” I told them to just bring the truck back. When it arrived, I shut it off, turned it back on, and sure enough - the same nasty smell. I even offered to have their porter smell what a normal car should smell like by starting my Honda next to it. This is a well-known issue all over the Ford owner forums for 2022–2024 F-150s — anyone who knows their job or can use Google could have figured that out. Instead, I got a complete runaround, no updates, and a truck that still stinks. I wouldn’t take a lawn mower to this place, let alone another vehicle. The service is terrible, the staff is clueless from top to bottom, and the lack of professionalism is astonishing. I even called the Gary Yeomans location in The Villages - same story, same incompetence. Save yourself the time, the frustration, and the smell - take your vehicle literally anywhere else or just don’t buy a Ford!

They decided to take the car themselves to the Audi in

They decided to take the car themselves to the Audi in Melbourne this time. They tried to send me off without a rental and I told him that’s not happening so they put me in a “seller vehicle” and only told me to “watch the mileage” mind you they didn’t tell me exactly how many miles to stay under. It is now January 16th. 47 DAYS HAVE PASSED. This entire time I was communicating with the AUDI in Melbourne. The AUDI in Melbourne seem to be like the only ones able to find the actual problem. The alternator needed to be replaced, The AC compressor needed to be replaced, The engine needed to be cleaned, and that SAMS “timing chain” was still broken (from the 2nd TIME) that it was at the Audi Gainesville. This bill TOTALED up to $11,412.59 which GARY YEOMANS would only pay half of, although I was LIED TO and told you they would fix the problem. LEAVING MY CAR STILL IN BARELY RUNNING CONDITION!. I was told by Mike Conway at the AUDI Melbourne. It actually had to be towed back to Gary Yemans because it could not drive. Gary Yemans had the nerve to tell me TODAY not only did they sell the rental. I was driving while I was literally driving it but ALSO that they’re not paying the full amount, I need to give them the rental back because it has sold, AND My car that’s not even in good condition or fixed all the way is still not even DELIVERED BACK to Gary Yeomans yet. It will be delivered Monday morning. ANDD I have to find a ride home because apparently this is the second time I have “went over the mileage with their loaner vehicles” however, mind you I had this loaner for 47 days and it was during the Christmas holiday ! Who is about to stay under 1000 miles and 47 days ?! They didn’t even tell me to stay under 1000 miles is what’s really pissing me off and I have a witness that was there with me when they gave me the keys to the loaner TO TESTIFY THIS!! I am EXTREMELY PISSED. This is the worst car experience I have ever went through and I don’t wish it on anybody! EVERYTHINGG in this review is documented printed out and ready to go for my attorney tomorrow morning that I figured I should go ahead and find after the car breaking down the second time. I’m currently making a review on every website that I can and the Better Business Bureau along with the state consumer protection agency. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE ! I put down 3K to get this car paying $460 a month for 4 months and over $20,000 has been having to put into it to fix it.
