Used car sales manager
Sometime back I visited the dealership to look at a Town Car that was advertised in the paper. I was being helped by a very nice young lady when an excessively overweight, rude, crude, and disrespectful used car manager became involved and showed his disrespect to the sales lady and to me when I attempted to stand up for her. He told me to get off the lot and I gladly complied. I subsequently purchased my Town Car at another dealership. As long as there is a Wallace sign hanging over a dealership, I will never purchase a car from them. I repeat this story as often as I can so that you who are reading this can avoid being insulted and told to "get off the lot"~!

Amazing service & facility
We were so impressed with the staff at Wallace, especially our Service Manager, Bill. Everyone was extremely professional, knowledgeable and made our visit a pleasurable experience. When I drove my MKX off the lot I was blown away with the drive?..felt like a new car. This is the only place where we will purchase our future cars.
