I contacted this dealership about a vehicle they had on the market for 92 days, we were very interested and we made an offer, expecting at least a counter offer. Instead I was told the car was listed at their "Rock bottom price." So we walked away from the car, within 24 hours the listing dropped in price. When I contacted the dealership the next day saying I wanted to negotiate again since their price lowered, they informed me that they had sold the car. The salesman knew how interested we were in the car but their dishonesty about their "Rock bottom price" made us lose the deal.

I visited the Preston Boulevard Ford of Lewes to see their 2022 Ford Escape. When I entered the store, Terry Spencer immediately asked if he could help me. I told him about the Iced Blue Silver Metallic SE I had researched online and he answered that he had one and would bring it out. Terry is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, patient, Godly and a geat person. He spent a few hours with me going over the features of the car, taking a test drive, explaining features to me that I was unfamiliar with, discussing the Government 5-Star Safety Ratings, discussing the purchase and financing. The whole process was easy to understand and seamless because of his explanations. Terry answered all my questions and assisted me with the return of the Enterprise loaner car. He did all he could to help me. He could not have been more helpful!! Within a few days, I was the owner of a beautiful Iced Blue Silver Metallic Ford Escape SE. Shady place and the General Manager Chris was unprofessional. I went to buy a Jeep off them and they showed as "local" to me since they deliver vehicles to your home and I am located 2.5 hours away. I did all the financing, took pictures of my trade, agreed to all terms and financing on 5pm on a Saturday. The salesman said"Great we have a deal and on Monday morning we will send over paperwork and deliver your Jeep". At 10am that Monday, "another salesperson heard about the deal" and brought in a client who bought the Jeep. I run an office of 225 people and if I conducted business like this place, I would be out of business. Beware of this place!
