Terrible Service, Good staff Member
My 5 Star review goes to David Peltz who works in the Hoffman Ford Lincoln in the Service Department, not the actually dealership or the other staff members upstairs. David Peltz does a wonderful job at customer service and listened to all my concerns. He's very respectful and helped me out a lot, which im very grateful for. We need more people like him! As for the dealership and the other staff upstairs, Nicole mislead me by telling me I was buying my car with 6 year Warranty BUT lied and told me it was only 2 when I brought my car because it was having issues. This was very disappointing & cause me a lot of stress but David once again helped me out so much. I would never buy a Lincoln again or recommend anybody because a week later after I bought my car it started to have problems.
