I brought my vehicle for simple oil change and was told I
I brought my vehicle for simple oil change and was told I needed over $500 repair. They told me it was not covered under my warranty (CAREGARD). When I got home I called them and they told me it would have been covered but no one called. I contacted Dylan and he told me he would call me Monday but he never did. A female did call me and asked me how my service went when I explained to her what happened she stated her boss would call me, he did not. I used a live chat on the website and I was told the information will be passed on and I would get a call, still no call.

I was very clear to the salesman that I wanted to finance
I was very clear to the salesman that I wanted to finance through FORD Motor Credit ONLY! I was preapproved for $147,000 and I am brand loyal. I also told the salesman to make sure that nobody is to do any hard inquiries on my credit besides FORD Motor Credit and the finance guy did two or three inquiries and dropped my credit score.
