Galpin Lincoln

On March 22, 2023, my husband and I purchased 2 vehicles- a 2019 Jaguar Diesel F-Pace and 2020 Lincoln MKZ, from Galpin Lincoln, 8350 Langdon Ave, North Hills, Ca 91343. We also purchase service warranties for each vehicle to preclude great unforseen expense in the future. The service warranties were quite expensive, but we thought it prudent to have that protection. In June 2025, we were in Pittsburgh, Pa and sought general service with Jaguar North Hills, Wexford, Pa 15090. The dealership advised that we would need 4 new tires to satisfy state inspection requirements. The tires were replaced, but we were advised by the Jaguar Dearship that our warranty was not valid. The tires and service exceeded $2500.00. Moreover, four months later, we incurred engine malfunctions that required major repair costs. We were told the engine was in significant need of repairs to the extent that an engine replacement was all that could be done. Again, the warranty was deemed not valid, and the cost of an engine would be $18,000. We phoned the dealership and attempted to contact General Manager Mr. Jeremy Gueller and salesman Nick Kalaydjian on more than 15 phone calls to seek clarity and aassistance. Neither would pick up and messages were always left seeking a return call. Not one phone call was ever returned by either individual. We are dismayed and discouraged by the lack of support, communication or response to our plight. One would think that the delearship would have shown more concern. Buyers beware.

I bought my S60 Polestar at another dealership but have always had my car serviced here. The care they have for their customers is bar none. Galpin is the best in SoCal for a reason. I recently called in with questions about my warranty and Ati went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered. Excellent service as always. Don't go anywhere but Galpin!!
