Scheduling appointment was easy and dropping off the
Scheduling appointment was easy and dropping off the vehicle at service fleet where service manager is was also quick and easy. My issue was with car mechanic who serviced my truck, unfortunately I don’t know who he was but he left all over my truck black oily fingerprints even on steering wheel! I did wash my truck day before service and I had to have wash it again after service. Also I did not get service reminder sticker. After all that I’ll think about to take truck back to Ford Livermore service again. BN.
