I just purchased the 2020 Lexus es 350 ultra luxury. Great ride. I'd like to give mention to Jose Vargas who sold me this car from Lexus of Clearwater, FL, an Autonation company. I was after a specific color and he nailed it. He's patient and resourceful. (Yep, I'm 2 hours away from Clearwater and I'm glad I made the drive)

Really comfortable but ......

by Teeville from New Orleans, LA | March 21, 2020

This is a really comfortable, ultra quiet car. It is a ride that is not European, but more for the mature, refined taste. The ride is excellent. The response is great unless you have the car set for Eco mode, which is unresponsive and ultra ecological. I have owned four ES 350’s. This model has lots of modifications that are excellent. There are changes though, that make no sense at all. Why add immense shift levers on a car that is the furthest from sporty that anyone has ever seen. Those levers are useless. There are bullhorn controls on the top of the dash that are seldom used, but are placed in a position that lowers the look of the drivers experience. Ugly! The removal of the great cruise control lever was STUPID. Worst of all are the audio settings. I cannot hear phone calls. There are no rear speakers that can be enjoyed. The rear speakers seem as though they have been eliminated. Audio settings need to be re-considered totally. The ride is excellent. The mileage is excellent. The value is excellent. The changes, seemingly just for the sake of change, were detrimental. Bring back the sound, the feel, and the control that made the ES 350 such a great car for the money.

Lexus is Great, Reliable Brand

I have owned multiple Lexus, Models over the last 15 years. The ES 350 F is a very satisfactory vehicle. However; my wife and I were disappointed at the elimination of the side mirrors automatically folding when the vehicle is locked. Absolutely hate the swiping mouse for the menu, for the use of the menu. The mouse in our RX 450 h was easy to use at all times. Keep up the good work. Craig D. Blair
