Bergstrom Lexus of Madison

I recently purchased a Lexus at Lexus of Madison. The whole experience was fantastic. Mikel was an incredibly helpful and patient salesperson. I never felt pushed; he was completely authentic and clear. Jordan helped us set up and understand the electronics. He was amazing too. All around excellent experience!

Too many unforced errors. Researched and tracked a Lexus down online that had the options I wanted to Lexus of Madison. Dealt with Leticia for sales information and agreed on pricing and financing. All was good until after the sale. As an out of state sale, the Notary's paperwork contained my incorrect address. Registration and titling information they sent had my wrong DL #. After wiring payment and taking delivery the vehicle arrived missing numerous options listed on the window sticker. Had to call numerous times to have items sent. The big clunker was waiting 3 1/2 months for my registration and plates, basically driving an illegal vehicle until then. After being told any day now, too many times, Nate Riesen followed up on the process. After spending way too much time making phone calls trying to track my registration and plates and even driving an hour to the DMV Nate indicated he would refund the amount I paid for the registration service they use, which was useless. After countless phone calls and e-mails, I finally received my plates and registration. When I asked about the refund, that was the end of communications with Nate. Surprise, a car salesman who doesn't honor his word. It may be ok to purchase a vehicle in person as the reviews indicate, but if your're looking to do it on line and to drive a distance or to have a car shipped, I would look elsewhere. A long drawn out experience that shouldn't have happened. Again, way too many unforced errors.

The service is great and the people are helpful and pleasant. Elliet was especially helpful and really made my purchase fun and seamless.
