We took our Lexus, which we purchased new from them, in for a standard oil change. When we picked our car up there was an additional $80.00 charge for a ‘courtesy’ inspection. Not only did we not ask for this, we were also not informed of the results. Beware of this hidden charge! It is a scam and a way to cheat their customer.

I indicated to a salesman (in a reply to his text to me) that I was 100+ miles from their location and wanted to work remotely. He got back after a couple of days telling me that an initial work up was emailed to me. I never received an email and told him so. He told me to check again. I did, no email. He said “I’m sorry” and to “keep looking”. I never heard another thing from him. I was an interested buyer with a 800+ credit score and a $28,000 trade-in that is paid off. I was planning on paying for the car to be shipped to me. The deal could have been a slam dunk. He did not take me seriously enough to continue the sales effort. Quite arrogant I thought. He should have been just as interested in selling as I was in buying. Probably more so. I received zero follow up. From the dealership until this review request.
