This is the second Lexus I have purchased from Lexus of Nashville and from Paul Hale. The vehicles are, in my opinion, the best on the road. And Paul is a consummate professional. He knows his product, listens carefully, and never pressures. I really like the service department too - although the cars are so well made, that my experience has been limited to just the scheduled preventative visits.

Martin Toledo was an amazing help in our search for a new
Martin Toledo was an amazing help in our search for a new vehicle. He let us test out several vehicles to look at the colors and options available and he was able to order us exactly what we wanted from the factory. He let us know when it was arriving, he sent pictures of it arriving (including a video), and was there every step of the way. I felt like he was on my side and someone who was trying to find what I wanted rather than someone trying to sell me something I did not want. I would recommend highly!
