The service department is a nightmare. Because they are the only Lexus dealership in the Memphis and surrounding area I would not have purchased a Lexus if I knew I had to deal with them

The next morning after returning from dealership the battery was dead. We supposedly received a 21 point inspection. Don’t know how that could have missed a weak battery.
