I called Lexus of Knoxville today after seeing seven 2025
I called Lexus of Knoxville today after seeing seven 2025 GX 550 Luxury+ models listed on their own website as “Vehicle is in build phase.” However, when speaking with Logan from their sales department, I was told that they have no GX 550 Luxury+ models available and that the dealership “does not sell vehicles to out-of-state customers.” This is confusing and disappointing. If the dealership’s website publicly lists multiple GX 550 Luxury+ vehicles as part of its inventory, customers should not be told that none exist — or that out-of-state buyers are not welcome. The information provided by staff and the website should match.

Worst “buying experience” of my life.
Worst “buying experience” of my life. Lexus of Knoxville is the epitome of arrogance; they honestly don’t give a xxxx about their customers. Salesman, trade-in appraiser, sales manager: they are all self-absorbed and miserable to deal with. DO NOT EXPECT honesty or ethical treatment; you will get neither from this outfit.
