We have been working with Steven and Chase at Lexus of Greenville and we can not recommend them more highly. We started looking for our car in August of 2024 and they were so acomodating, very communicative, very professional, but most importantly, very honest and upfront. We never felt like they were pushing something on us or upselling just to upsell. We did not end up purchasing a vehicle through them due to no fault of their own but due to availability of our desired vehicle. We were more upset that we weren't able to purchase with them than we were excited to get the vehicle you want! We would without a doubt recommend working with Steven and Chase and just wish them the best!

My convertible top was stuck, would not go up or down.
My convertible top was stuck, would not go up or down. I made an appointment with Jonathan in the service department. As I was driving to my appointment, Jonathan phoned me. He knew an option for me to try myself. I found the button he told me about and Voila!! The top went down perfectly. I am grateful for Jonathan’s help, he went above and beyond his job description and helped me. I will continue to take my car to Lexus of Greenville.
