The Sales Representative (Tiana) and Sales Manager
The Sales Representative (Tiana) and Sales Manager (Jonathan) were very helpful and professional! I did have a problem with delivery of my vehicle. After agreeing on our sales deal and that I would return in three days to finalize the paperwork and take delivery, I reminded them that just one year prior when I purchased a new ES350, when I took delivery of that car the vehicle was not what I would consider clean. Even after telling the staff to please make sure that my new vehicle was clean, when I returned to take delivery, the vehicle was not clean. Water and dirt marks and the rear window was so dirty and had round marks from the suction cups used in the manufacturing process you couldn't see through it. I was told that because it was Friday the people that cleaned the vehicles were very busy and it might take some time to get them to come get the car to take it back to clean it. I told the Manager I was leaving and they should call me when the vehicle was ready. In about an hour I received a call and returned. The rear window was clean and the front door sills were wiped clean but the rear door sills and around the trunk and hood edges were still very dirty. I mentioned to Tiana and the Sales Manager that several weeks prior I had taken delivery of a brand-new Ford F150 from Coccia Ford and that vehicle was spotless. I expected more from a Lexus dealership! This was the second Lexus I have purchased from Motor World, previously I had purchased two vehicles from Wilkie Lexus of Haverford Pa. The delivery experience at Wilkie was PERFECT! The cars were spotless! Not that I expect it but with both purchases from Wilkie my Wife received a dozen roses the week after delivery. Motor World needs to step up their game, if you want to sell Lexus and Mercedes-Benzes don't give a Hyundai experience!
