Clean, Professional, Friendly dealership with a fair sales approach given our current economic environment. Had some discussion after an initial trade offer that I felt was underwealming and the dealership evaluated this and was willing to adjust to a satisfactory level. I consider that a management with honor and integrity. My salesman, Sam Ibrahim is a pleasant and very high quality sales person. I actually followed him from another dealership where I had purchased from him before to buy a vehicle at Lexus of Cleveland.
