Worst retail experience I have ever had (car buying or otherwise). Salesperson couldn't keep facts straight and offering incorrect information (yet kept on telling me how hard they were working), trade in was a complete "bait and switch" [by the way, this is totally negotiable, just threaten to walk out] and the new car walk through was a complete joke. I strongly recommend you go elsewhere.
