My wife and I recently purchased a pre-owned, certified, 2019, RX350 Lexus SUV from Lexus of Queens. We wished to have hub nut wheel locks installed on this beautiful vehicle. We also wanted the service staff to take a look at the car's CD player which was acting erratically. Some days it would play fine and on other occasions not at all. Shortly after arriving at the service area we were promptly greeted by Maria Morales our service consultant. She politely ushered us into her office and made us comfortable. She created an intake service request and carefully documented the reasons for our visit. As she was doing this we took the opportunity to ask her a number of questions regarding some of the operational functions of the vehicle that we were not familiar with. She answered all of our questions completely and expertly. After the intake was completed Maria seated us in the waiting area. She made sure to keep us regularly updated as to the progress of the work and assessment of the cd player. About 90 minutes later she came back to tell us the wheel locks had been installed and that after consultation with service the CD player would have to be replaced. Because our vehicle was certified there would be no charge. Maria placed an order request for a new player and we were happily on our way. She also included a free car wash certificate for a car wash business located near our home! We truly feel that Maria is an outstanding staff member at Lexus of Queens. Her gentle demeanor, courteous and professional manner, and expertise in service will keep us coming back as a Lexus customer. Thank you Maria!

I leased a car about 7 weeks ago - Was pressured to give a high rating before I could leave before the dealership. Now I have tried to contact the salesman/ supervisor multiple times by email/text/phone and no one will respond -
