negotiated price and shipping with Nicholas, then he asked me if I wanted the LX570 Black Edition 'Certified". HuH??!!! Both the Great Neck Lexus and Cars.com web sites have it as CERTIFIED. He wanted $1400mextra to certify the advertised CERTIFIED Black Edition LX570. Then Micheal Buchbinder, ?Manage? , called me to make thing right and then end by saying, "full disclosure, there is front left body damage..' What??!! There is absolutely no mention of accident or front left bunker body damage on the Great Neck Lexus web site description or on cars, com. The Great Neck Lexus staff that I felt with are disingenuous and meet the basic definition of bait and switch tactics. I will be effectively complaining to the BB in Great Neck, NY as well as the Lexus district corporate manager to voice my complaint. Buyers Beware.
