I have gone to Lexus of Atlantic City for years now and
I have gone to Lexus of Atlantic City for years now and will never go anywhere else. As a woman looking to buy a car, dealerships in the past have been painful, and full of stress and hassle. Working with Helen Bitzberger in sales at Lexus of Atlantic City, has been none of that. Helen is so kind, she is someone who always makes me feel like I’m being taken care of by someone who truly cares about ME, not just about the sale. She takes the time to get to know me, my job, my family, where I live, and we figure out together what would work best for me. I don't feel intimidated, or stressed, I actually feel empowered. Helen truly makes it a painless experience! And once you buy the car, Lexus of Atlantic City STILL continues to take care of you! Harry Collins in service always goes above and beyond for his clients! He is so kind and so knowledgable, I can ask him any service question, tech question, any Lexus question, and he’ll not only respond quickly to help me, but he’ll end up teaching me something new about my car. Again, I feel like I am being cared for by a friend. He has helped me many times, he never makes me feel like an inconvenience, and he makes it stress free every single time.
