Just purchased an amazing RX350L from Lex of Ed!!
I have just purchased an RX350L for my wife. She is very happy and excited. Mr. Henry from Lexus of Edison was very helpful and professional. We never had such a positive car buying experience ever before. Love the new purchase - love the color - love the trim! Lexus of Edison is an amazing place, where we had stress free and pleasant experience in leasing our new RX350L. Mr. Henry and Lexus of Edison the crew have given me their full attention to all my car needs. All cars were available, so I was able to compare their options and trims side to side. Car selections (trims and colors) was amazing, and cars are available right away for purchase and/or lease. No need to wait. They listen. They’re accommodating. Great Price Great Service = easy transaction
I had an easy time buying my car here. I emailed the dealership with a competitive quote from another dealership. They had agreed to match it to save me the drive to PA. I sent over my paperwork via email and the next day I picked up the car. Pick up was smooth, in and out in under 40 minutes. My salesman was Joe Scerbo who was nothing by friendly, informative, no pressure type of guy. I felt respected, valued, and I was treated fairly. It was pleasant and not stressful. I was impressed. I will be reaching out to Joe again when I am in a market for a vehicle.
