Update: changed rating from 2 stars to 4. We heard back from Luke who apologized and offered to bring the car to us to test drive. We also got a phone call from the manager. So while we can’t get our time back we are happy they are acknowledging their error and are trying to rectify it. Original Review: Showed up randomly just to see what was on the lot. Met Luke who we set up an appointment with to test drive a Hybrid Lexus TX. He seemed very nice and communicative at the time. We didn’t love the sport style seats so didn’t purchase. A few months went by (holidays) and we set up another appointment (again working with Luke) to test drive a regular Lexus TX (non hybrid). We set up an appointment for a Friday afternoon, showed up right on time, were told by the receptionist they weren’t sure where Luke was so were told to sit and wait at a table and chairs in the showroom. We sat there for 30 minutes with no one checking in, no offers of water or anything. After 30 minutes we asked the receptionist where Luke was and was told he was with another client. When we asked if there was anyone else who could show us/let us test drive the car we were told no despite seeing multiple salespeople walking around the showroom or in their offices alone (our guess is they have an unspoken rule not to “steal” clients from each other). We live 30 minutes one way from the dealership so all in all wasted an hour and a half for nothing as well as wasting valuable work time off. If Luke was going to be busy for our appointment he should have communicated so with us or made an arrangement to have someone else show us the vehicle. Highly disappointed and not what you would expect from a dealership that is supposedly luxury.

Edgar Perfecto did an outstanding job finding me the vehicle I was looking for. I drove several different models of the RX 350, both in Lincoln and Omaha (which Edgar arranged). He kept me in the loop on inventory and called me right away when the model and color I wanted came in. If you want someone easy to work with ask for Edgar.
