I made a downpayment pending technological review by LemonSquad - they would refund me if the review found any issues. They found issues so I canceled the deal. I wasn't refunded, even though they confirmed they would. Waited several weeks and multiple reminders later I still didn't get my money back. -edit- I will give them the benefit of the and update my rating from 1* to 4*.

Facilities could use some upgrading.
Facilities could use some upgrading. Cleaning the hvac vents and the furniture needs a refresh. Very wore out. Customer service is great!
