We ended up with a nice car, a low-mileage Lexus ES350,
We ended up with a nice car, a low-mileage Lexus ES350, but the purchase experience was poor. Made an appointment to see and test drive the car. Got a text an hour before the appointment saying the car was being worked on and wouldn't be available for a few days. Made another appointment two days later, arrived at the dealership and was told the car was now being cleaned and wouldn't be available for a couple of hours. Went to lunch and came back to drive the car, but were told another person now wanted to drive it and that we should let them drive it first. We asserted that we were there first and they finally agreed to let us take our test drive. Despite the hassles with the sales team, the car was terrific and we bought it after a brief price negotiation. Then we were told it needed a little more work (replacing a seal on the driver's side window, oil change) and we couldn't pick it up for a few more days. When we did pick it up there was only one key, but the salesman assured me that they would either a) Get the extra key from the previous owner, or b) Have me come in so they could make another key. After two weeks passed without hearing anything, I sent a text to the sales manager asking when I would get my key. As of today I have not received any response from the dealership. As I said, it's a very nice car, but this is not a dealership to go to if you want a good customer experience.

I love my Lexus, Maplewood has very attentive sales
I love my Lexus, Maplewood has very attentive sales people. I visited 4 times and every time they treated me very well, even though the first 3 times i wasn’t buying anything. I finally found my dream car. Couldn’t be happier. Courtney my sales rep was great, she even dropped my car off after the wrap was done. I highly recommend this dealership.

My wife and I purchased a GX550 from Lexus of Maplewood. The team there was great, Clint was excellent to work with and kept us up to date with the arrival of our order. Chad is the Finance department made sure our vehicle was fully protected. Jacob in the delivery department got us all up to speed on the newest technology. If you need a new Lexus in Minnesota. You MUST go see Lexus of Maplewood.
