Meade Lexus of Lakeside

The dealership salesman that they would help me pay for a crackes windshield when they wrote me a letter i told them i have to get it fixed. I never heard another word. Anywayi made one payment the windshield cracked all the way accross. This is my 3rd. lexus im sure it wont be my last but i would never buy another one from lexus of lakeside.

"Advisor" "advises" that your car needs services that they have already performed a few months back. For example change of drivertrain fluid, when it was performed, I was told its once a lifetime thing. Now at last appnt 10K miles later, they again "advised" that my car would benefit from change of drivetrain fluids. They also advised that my car needs new spark plugs, the spark plugs were changed 15K miles back!! This causes the cost of maintenance to go up dramatically. Further, they offer financing of service cost--- at 38% APR!!! That's in the fine print, if you bother to read it, and is a lot higher than credit cards. And here I thought, credit card companies were thieves. I don't expect these tactics from a Lexus dealer. These are tricks belonging to neighborhood used car lots. Its pathetic & takes my confidence away from Lexus. I have 2 Lexus's in my household. I was looking for a third, but after this experience, another Lexus is a strict no.

I have been buying cars at lexus of lakeside for thirty one years!! They have the best sales staff-- Service department-- Parts department-- Car detailers etc. Lexus sells the most reliable cars in the marketplace. Lexus of Lakeside is by far The very best!! Gordy A.
