Had a problem with my Lexus .
Had a problem with my Lexus . It required A major repair that was covered by Lexus . Proved to be complicated, requiring more time than anticipated . Alex and his team stayed on top of it. Kept me informed in a timely professional manner. Provided me with a new Lexus loaner.Things don’t always happen precisely as planned as there are things you can’t control . Throughout the process I felt they had my best interest at heart, and I was pleased . Kudos to Alex and lexus service team.👍😉 Dave Yentz
